I like tray type racks. Easy on and easy off. I use them a lot when I ride on the bus and have my bike with me! 🙂
September 23, 2009 at 4:01 pm #211768it’s funny you mentioned about the bus, today after i got off the bus, thedriver honked a long one, he’s kinda pissed, got everyone’s attention, i thought it’s me whodid something wrong but it turned out a passenger/biker, who’s about to speed away on his bike, forgot to fold up the tray rack

September 26, 2009 at 1:10 pm #211780thanks for the feedbacksi found a good review from http://www.sicklines.com/reviews/hitch-mount-tray-style-rack-roundup/hitch-mount-tray-style-rack-roundup-5/they also give “unbiased” review of other products as well
September 26, 2009 at 4:45 pm #211781If you don’t mind racks on the cheap side, these works really well for my needshttp://http://www.etrailer.com/pc-br2b~S64650.htm
September 27, 2009 at 8:45 am #211782Jason, thanks for the info, this is a good alternative against those pricey ones. About the hook, do you know the max height it can go up? I just want to make sure it has room for my top tube.
September 27, 2009 at 10:55 am #211785^^ the hook can extend roughly up to 31.5 inches and since the bikes will be sitting on the wheel hoops, the top tube will be much lower. The specs should be in here http://www.etrailer.com/pc-hitch-racks-2~S64650.htm including some video clips.  (hope the link works now, its broken in my previous post)Regards
