My eye’s are still red after yesterday’s ride hahaha and my legs are dead…Thanks to Darryl John for hooking it up! The 2nd run was the bomb!! Everyone was going flat out! Yeah!! Except for the part where I almost OTB’d coz of that rut in the mini stream crossing hahaha We should do it again next time do it the other way around, for sure everyone will have fun.It was nice meeting you, Darryl. Thanks for the ride man. Also Bo, Raul Arvin (dude, your hella funny!) nice meeting all you. Nice to see familiar faces to like Xandei, Jon, Jonelo, Lito John. Till the next ride! I had so much fun yesterday I didn’t care if I was eating all of your dust hahaha!

Great to finally meet you, Darryl and Arvin. Nice to see the usual suspects too.
I’m sorry you guys had to wait up for me. My bike’s too tired, I had to lift, push, drag it up those climbs (got this excuse from Arvin, i’m stickingto it! hahahaha)
Thanks guys!!June 14, 2010 at 10:36 am #212348I can speak now, dust is gone from my eyes it took me 2 days to process what really happened last Saturday. The drive was great except that Arvin is still a bit sleepy so no knife and bear stories yet but hey (or hoy) we arrived an hour early, that’s the true Filipino time. Here comes the shuttle, at this time Arvin Jonelo (Bo’s twin brother) are awake, imagine that! While we are on our way to the post office one bike got off the hook and drop on the floor of the trailer… 1st oooops from the lady driver, 2nd ops was Jonelo’s fork was missing :)The first run was ok, too many motor bikes going the opposite direction so there was a lot of stopping. After JO single track was “Darryl’s 15 minute fireroad climb” 🙂 …then the OTB trail, if you didn’t go over the bar or pop your knee then you really didn’t experience the excitement of it. ….ooh, Arvin is still awake!2nd run was great! Without the motor bikes, not a single one, JO is a nice dusty/flowy singletrack. You will be blinded by the dust eating a lot of it if you get too close to the rider ahead. And watch out for trees on blind turns. “Darryl’s 15 minute fireroad” hhmmm may be this time yeah! 🙂 Going down the fireroad is more like “are we there yet”! It is a never ending loose fireroad where you can practice drifting, do your x-games stunt like me and Marc or take it easy like Bo, Darryl and Lito 🙂 really!Again, it was a great trip!!! Thank you Darryl for leading this trip, thank you John for taking care of the shuttle and thank you guys for the jokes, dust, hugs and kisses. 🙂
